Read in context
Open the named package in Engagement or Approvals. Read the draft, objective and selected evidence together. Check the audience, program, date and requested action. Review photos and links as carefully as text. Fluent writing can still contain an incorrect inference.
Understand grounding
Grounding checks whether facts are supported by provided context. A failure is not necessarily a provider outage. It may indicate an unsupported number, mismatched source, missing detail or changed content needing validation again. Read the findings and locate the claim needing attention. Approval cannot make an unsupported statement supported.
Repair the issue
Open the editing and validation controls for the affected item. Correct or remove the claim, or select a legitimate supporting source. Regenerate if a broader rewrite is needed. Save the changed version and revalidate. If no control can resolve the displayed finding, keep the package reference and report it rather than creating repeated duplicate runs.
Approve the reviewed package
Once blocking findings are resolved, inspect the posts, media, links and dates. Approve only with the required authority. Later changes require renewed review of the changed content together. Earlier approval does not cover a new caption, image or destination. Publishing confirmation remains separate where required by the delivery workflow.
Report persistent failures
Include the campaign and draft title, attempted action and exact error. State whether it followed editing, generation or approval. Remove private information from screenshots. Never send integration keys, passwords or beneficiary records with a validation report.
