Start with the information you already have

Save the organization’s mission, tagline, origin story, service areas and contact information. Upload a local logo rather than hunting for a hosted image URL. Address lookup can help fill available address fields, and manual entry remains available when no match is found. Your team reviews the final details.

Describe the work at the right level

Programs explain continuing work; projects and initiatives describe specific efforts. Add useful descriptions, dates, status and permitted images. Leadership entries keep a person’s organizational position, membership category and biography understandable. Expand one editable card at a time and resize longer text fields while you work.
01

Program context

Connect a campaign to an existing program instead of recreating the organization’s story for every appeal. Keep program evidence available to the workflows that need it.

02

Reviewed assistance

Ask for suggestions when you need help describing tone, voice, audiences, values or campaign priorities. Use the mission and story as context, then choose and edit the suggestions before saving.

03

Draft recovery

Temporary local drafts help protect work in progress. Complete the explicit save to persist changes to the organization; a temporary browser save is not the same as a saved profile.

Keep evidence attached to the claim

Organize source documents and evidence records with enough context for another person to understand them. Check which organization, program, date and claim a source supports. Avoid treating an unverified draft, illustrative image or generated story as proof of a real result.

Turn gaps into practical next steps

Review readiness and program-intelligence suggestions to see what needs clarification. Confirm proposed changes rather than allowing an assistant to overwrite reviewed facts silently. When information changes, update the source context and recheck the content or application that relies on it.

Use the same context across the platform

Profiles and evidence tools are part of free core. Engagement and Community Funding can use saved organizational context to prepare more relevant drafts. Paid Funding Operations extends that foundation into opportunity and application work, subject to the selected service tier.
