Ask from the page you are using
Choose Help with this page in the dashboard header. Evidof Guide opens over your current page. Explain what you want to do and which step is confusing. Your question and basic setup checks go to the configured AI provider. Do not include passwords, API keys, verification codes, card details or private beneficiary information.
Review the guidance and its sources
Read the suggested steps and expand Supporting guidance to inspect the published excerpt. Published help links let you read more. Setup checks used shows the limited account status that informed the answer. Guidance does not change your account, approve content, publish posts, send messages or take financial actions. If an answer cannot be supported, use the help library or ask the support team.
Prepare a request for a person
Choose Review a support request to open an editable form. Check the subject, area, priority and description. Describe what you expected and what actually happened; include a useful campaign or operation reference. The draft is not sent until you choose Create ticket. You can also open Help & support directly and choose New support ticket.
Add files and continue the conversation
After the ticket is saved, add screenshots or a PDF in a reply. Supported files are JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF, up to five per reply and 10 MB each. Remove private details before uploading. Removing an unsent attachment releases it; files already saved with a message remain part of the conversation. Reopen the ticket to recover pending uploads before they expire.
Read replies and close the loop
Follow the ticket in your organization inbox. Email notifications contain a reference and sign-in link; reply inside Evidof. Email failure does not remove the saved conversation. Mark a resolved issue resolved, reopen it if more help is needed and close it when complete. Support has no automatic authority to publish, charge or alter your organization agreements.
Escalate with clear context
If a repeated error blocks work, select High priority and explain the impact. Keep the ticket reference for follow-up. Do not assume an immediate response or continuous staffed coverage unless your agreement provides it. For an account-access problem that prevents sign-in, use the public Support contact route without sending credentials.
