Start with work your organization already knows

Choose an existing program, a project or an organization-wide purpose when creating a campaign. Review the prefilled story, evidence and photos, then save a private draft. The connection to your profile gives the campaign a useful starting point while leaving the campaign team in control of its final message.
01

A page for each campaign

Publish a standalone campaign page with its own story, images and donation destination. Different appeals can support different programs without combining their public pages.

02

Campaign-specific images

Upload and review campaign photos, select a cover and choose its placement. A campaign without a cover uses the available story space. Keep image permissions and descriptions with your selection.

Make the giving decision easy

A compact donation form lets a supporter choose the gift that fits them. Organization defaults provide a reusable starting point, and campaign overrides keep an individual appeal specific.
01

Flexible amounts and frequency

Use the campaign’s configured preset amounts, an always-visible custom amount, and the enabled one-time, monthly, quarterly or annual options.

02

A clear designation

“Where Needed Most” supports the current campaign’s greatest need. Other campaigns appear as alternatives only when explicitly opted into cross-campaign giving.

03

Payment stays in the page

Review the gift and continue to secure payment inline. Available transparency documents open over the donation page so the campaign remains in view.

04

Evidence beside the ask

Explain what the selected gift supports and display available transparency materials. Publish actual organizational information and tax identification only when your organization has supplied and verified it.

Keep the campaign useful after launch

Share the campaign donation link and QR code through your outreach. Follow donation and supporter records, publish reviewed campaign updates and prepare reporting from the resulting activity. Consent and subscription preferences remain part of donor follow-up; a gift does not automatically authorize every kind of outreach.

Use your organization’s own payment account

Each nonprofit connects its own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Evidof’s operator billing account is used for Evidof services. Community Funding belongs to the free core; payment readiness, supported recurring methods and the applicable checkout disclosures still govern a campaign’s ability to accept gifts. Review the final page and checkout before sharing it.

A practical first campaign

Pick one program with a clear purpose. Review its description and select an image you can publish. Set amounts, frequencies and designation choices; connect the organization’s payment account; preview the page; then publish when your authorized reviewer is ready. The community-funding guide walks through this sequence and the checks to make before accepting donations.
