Turn one campaign brief into a reviewed calendar of meaningful content.

Connect your nonprofit’s mission and evidence to a dated content campaign. Use the engagement engines to plan distinct posts, review the complete package and prepare publishing through your connected channels.

Give the campaign a direction and a start date

Choose an engine that matches the work, supply its required details and set the campaign start date. The engine’s phases and posting pattern become a dated plan. Content is prepared for the individual day and purpose, rather than repeating one message across the campaign.
01

Educate

Explain the issue, introduce a program or share a supported fact. Keep factual claims connected to the evidence the organization has approved.

02

Inspire

Bring the mission to life with permitted stories, community highlights and volunteer recognition. Use real source material and respect the people represented.

03

Engage

Invite a relevant question, response or contribution. Give supporters a way to participate before every message becomes a donation request.

04

Activate

Offer a clear next action. Select one primary Community Funding campaign so fundraising calls to action use the intended donation destination.

Choose the engine that fits your work

The catalog includes Event Promotion, Donor Impact Story, Giving Tuesday, Volunteer Recognition, Chapter Highlight, Awareness Campaign and Annual Giving. Annual Report and Form 990 Awareness support reporting and transparency communication. Candid/GuideStar and Charity Navigator optimization workflows help organize profile improvements; they do not award a seal or rating. Funding Intelligence has its own opportunity workflow. Each engine has specific inputs and review expectations.

Review a campaign as one package

Open the generated package to inspect its individual posts, dates, sources, links and media. One campaign approval applies to the reviewed package. Later changes reopen the affected review work together. If a grounding check fails, review the identified claim and its source, edit or regenerate the content, and revalidate before approving. Approval should confirm what the team has actually reviewed.

Prepare the right media for the channel

Choose permitted organization photos or review branded graphics, carousels and video material where the workflow supports them. A visual channel may require an image or video before a post is ready. Tenants who want finished AI video can connect their own Runway account in app settings; video generation is an optional provider-funded add-on, and generated media still requires review.

Move from approval to delivery

The calendar shows the dated campaign work and its status. Confirm the destination account, media readiness and delivery method before scheduling. A draft on the calendar is not proof that a social provider published it: use the delivery status and receipt to confirm the result. Completed campaigns can be duplicated or restarted with a new start date and a fresh review of dates, links and evidence.

Add a home for the story

Engagement is included in free core. Organizations without a working website, or those replacing an existing site, can add Evidof Sites for $19.95 per month or $199.95 per year. The hosted website add-on has its own setup and publication workflow; independent Community Funding donation pages remain a separate core capability.
