Find the sequence
Open Engagement > Calendar and navigate to the campaign’s start date. Match campaign and draft titles to the planned phases. Check dates and time-zone information before treating a slot as a commitment. If no dated drafts exist, inspect generation status and the package rather than assuming the calendar is waiting for publication.
Separate the states
A planned slot reserves a place. A generated draft provides content. Approval accepts a particular reviewed version. Scheduling requests delivery at a defined time. A provider result records what happened outside EvidofOS. These are different milestones: a calendar entry alone does not prove publication.
Confirm readiness
Open publishing controls. Select a supported connected account your organization controls. Check required media and the format offered for that destination. Where manual handoff is provided, use the prepared files and copy through the provider’s interface. Do not assume every channel or finished video supports automatic delivery.
Review and schedule
Complete the available publishing review for the intended version and confirm its schedule. Recheck the date, account and destination. If content changes after approval, follow the renewed review required. Avoid scheduling old event copy after the event or using a donation URL for an unrelated campaign.
Investigate failures
Read the recorded status and error before retrying. An expired permission, disconnected account, unsupported format or missing asset may need correction. Confirm whether the provider already received the item to avoid duplicate posts. Retain campaign, slot and delivery references for support.
