Unlimited seats apply within the accepted scope. Higher revenue or more team members does not automatically require Partner. Organizations above the listed Pro bands can discuss appropriate terms.
An accepted offer and verified billing evidence govern paid access. Trials and complimentary access do not establish payment or donation-fee absorption.

Donation fees, explained
The current donation policy separates the gift, payment processing and a default 3% Evidof platform contribution. Donors can adjust or decline fee coverage. The quote shows the total before payment.
Community bears uncovered fees. Eligible paid Pro and Partner organizations receive fee absorption only when the required settlement funding is authorized. Trials and complimentary access do not qualify. Actual processing fees and confirmed settlement determine final proceeds.
Availability is organization-specific. Existing donation agreements may still use their original policy; the checkout’s disclosed terms govern each gift.

A separately scoped website add-on. Community Funding donation pages and a full nonprofit website are different services. Sites checkout is prepared inside EvidofOS and appears only when billing is active for an independently approved organization. Payment grants the Sites entitlement; publication and custom-domain changes retain their own reviews.
No. Your organization must meet eligibility requirements and explicitly accept its subscription or scoped agreement. This page does not activate access or charge a payment method.
