Plan and generate an Engagement campaign

Choose a goal, set a start date and review a varied sequence of private drafts before scheduling publication.

Prepare the context

Save the organization profile, program information and evidence first. Decide the objective and intended audience. For fundraising, prepare the appropriate published Community Funding campaign so you can select one primary donation destination. Avoid using a general organization link when a specific campaign needs a specific gift destination.

Choose an engine and date

Open Engagement and choose the engine that fits the objective. Give the campaign a recognizable title. Enter the required start date and factual inputs. Review the phase timeline and expected formats. The start anchors the sequence; later dates follow the engine plan. Do not invent event dates or impact results to fill a required field.

A fictional awareness campaign shows the required start date and engine timeline. This example has not executed an AI run or published social posts.

Generate the package

Run campaign generation and watch its progress. The intended result is dated private drafts across the phases, using Educate, Inspire, Engage and Activate to vary their purpose. Inspect titles, copy, media requirements and donation destinations. Generation may take time; avoid repeated execution while a run is active. Incomplete runs or repeated copy are issues to investigate, not a successful campaign.

Review before delivery

Open the package and calendar. Check every phase, then review the whole package for unsupported claims, repetition, dates, consent and calls to action. Resolve blocking findings before approval. Package approval records the reviewed content; delivery also requires a supported account, appropriate media and the explicit publishing schedule. A calendar draft does not prove that a network received a post.

Repeat with a new edition

Use the available duplicate or restart action for a completed campaign and enter a new start date. Review facts, links and time-sensitive copy again. Preserve the original history. If no drafts appear, record the campaign name and run status, inspect Content and Approvals, and ask for help using the run reference.
