Choose appropriate images
Use local uploads for logos, portraits, programs, projects and campaigns where provided. Select files you can publish. Add meaningful descriptions and avoid exposing participant identities, documents or locations without permission. An image being online or in Instagram does not automatically authorize a new use.
Connect the intended account
Use the provider flow in Integrations or Apps settings. Sign in with authority over the intended page or profile and review requested permissions. A successful personal login does not necessarily grant organization-page access. Confirm the account shown after returning to EvidofOS.
Prepare for the destination
Review the selected channel’s format and media requirements. A caption does not replace a required image or video. Graphics, carousels and scripts serve different formats and may need separate handling. Inspect the actual file, crop, readability and link or QR destination before approving.
Use optional Runway video
Organizations wanting finished AI video can configure their Runway connection in Apps settings and review the provider’s usage terms. Do not paste a missing credential into a campaign prompt. Video generation and automatic network publication are separate capabilities. Use the offered manual handoff when a channel or format lacks automatic delivery.
Recover safely
Read the provider status and error. Reconnect through the authorized flow when needed, then check whether an asset or post already exists before retrying. If a credential is absent, continue text and evidence work that does not need it. Share the provider name and operation reference with support, never its secret key.
