Confirm the service and the content owner
Evidof Sites is an optional hosted website service at $19.95 per month or $199.95 per year. It is separate from the donation pages included in Community Funding. After independent organization approval, an authorized owner can use Sites checkout when the billing capability is active. Payment opens the Sites workspace; publication and custom-domain changes remain separately reviewed. Confirm who is authorized to approve the website before making a publication decision.
Prepare the profile and permitted media
Save the organization’s mission, story, programs, projects and contact information. Review each image and the permission to publish it. Remove private personal details from public-facing content. The BrightPath screenshot shows a fictional staging-only site draft; it is not a published customer website.
Open the site workspace
Open Engagement, then Content, and find Evidof Sites. Choose a hosted slug and an available surface and theme. The organization surface provides a nonprofit presence; fundraising and combined surfaces support different purposes. Confirm the choice with your intended site structure.
Build and inspect a version
Build the snapshot from the reviewed organization content. Open the preview and inspect headings, descriptions, images, navigation and contact details. Confirm that each call to action has the correct destination. A donation button requires the appropriate ready campaign and payment configuration; a site draft does not make an organization eligible to accept gifts.
Review before publication
Use the displayed version review workflow. Approval applies to the inspected version; publication is a separate decision. If something is wrong, correct the source and build a new version. Do not assume that editing a profile silently updates an already published site.
Verify the result and retain a recovery path
After authorized publication, open the actual public address on desktop and mobile. Confirm the version and links. Keep the earlier reviewed version available for the supported rollback workflow. A custom domain has its own verification and provisioning steps; request support if its status is unresolved. Never move DNS based only on a preview.
