Prepare your sources
Gather the mission statement, a short history, program descriptions and approved brand language. Identify the current version and who can approve changes. A mission describes what you exist to do. A tagline is a short expression of that purpose. The origin story explains how the work began. They should not become three copies of the same sentence.
Enter identity and leadership
Open Organization and work through the expandable sections. Use Position / job title for responsibilities such as Executive Director or Board Chair. Leadership category groups the person as staff, board or officer; it is not an honorific such as Dr. Add a biography and approved portrait. Resize the text area to review the complete text before saving.
Review AI language suggestions
Provide enough context to describe what you do, for whom and why. Request suggestions for tone, voice, primary audiences, values and campaign priorities. Select wording only when it fits. Values should reflect observable ways of working; priorities should describe work you are prepared to pursue. Suggested language is a draft, not evidence of an existing commitment or result.
Confirm changes and recovery
Use Save changes to commit the reviewed profile. Temporary draft recovery helps interrupted entry but is not a substitute for saving and may depend on the browser and device. Reopen the profile to verify the values. If suggestions fail, retain your factual work and follow the displayed guidance. Report persistent validation errors with the field name, without private beneficiary details.
