Practice scenario
A fictional draft says, “Our program secured jobs for 200 participants.” Its selected source only describes weekly skills sessions. Neither the number nor the outcome is supported.
Worked repair
Remove the unsupported number and result. A supported alternative is, “Our program offers weekly skills sessions for participating families,” if that is what the approved program record says. Select the relevant source, save the changed version and revalidate.
Review and next step
Check the remaining caption for implied results and invented stories. Approve only after blocking findings are resolved and the whole package is reviewed. A strong call to action can explain the work and invite support without claiming an unmeasured outcome.
